                            SHIPPING POLICY

 
Thanking Earth Aromas accepts orders 24/7 and we ship Monday-Friday, excluding Holidays.
Orders are processed in the order they are received. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your order to ship due to the increased volume of orders. Your order will be sent via USPS from Franklin Park, New Jersey or Canada Post from Brampton, Canada. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we cannot ship Priority Mail Express.

                                                                             

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are usually processed within 3-5 business days from the time the order is placed. The order ship date does not count as a day in transit. We chose ground shipping unless customer has paid extra for express shipping method.
Orders that contain a different shipping address from the billing address may be subject to review, in which case the customer will be contacted. This can delay shipping time. 

    SHIPPING RATES / TRANSIT 

Enjoy free shipping on your orders $50 and up. USPS/Canada Post Shipping Rates are flat $5 unless mentioned otherwise. In that case shipping will be calculated based on your shipping address and the weight of your order.
For International orders, your order is shipped via USPS Priority Mail International. 

Return & Exchange Policy

While we make every effort to ensure each of candles are perfect, we are human. We take pride in our candles and want you to be completely satisfied with your Thanking Earth Aromas candle purchase. 

You may exchange unopened/unused items, except for bath and body products, within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. No returns are accepted after 14 days.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. You will need to insure your return as we cannot be responsible for lost, broken or misdirected returns. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

If your return is due to an error on our part or a defective item, the return shipping will be taken care of by us. Please contact us for instructions.

 

We cannot accept returns for candles once they have been burned.
